Cosmic Joins Forces With The Foundation

The Foundation has merged with Cosmic Ltd, and both companies will continue to trade as Cosmic Ltd, offering a service across branding, marketing, advertising, website development and support.

“The merger has allowed Cosmic Ltd to strengthen its online services offering by expanding its Web Design, Development, Hosting and Management services,” the company said.

“Cosmic Ltd, founded in 2002 by Sean Collier, is a leading light in Bermuda’s design and marketing industry. It has more than 15 local and international design awards to its name and strong relationships across Bermuda’s retail, telecoms and financial businesses.

“The Foundation, founded in 2002 by Craig Ferguson, brings more than two decades of web design and development expertise to the team in addition to print and specialist online marketing services.”

Mr. Ferguson will be Cosmic’s Web Services Director and will work closely with Cosmic’s Accounts and Operations Manager Krista Barnes.
