Court: Prisoners Charged With Causing GBH
Three prisoners appeared in this morning’s [August 19] Magistrates Court to answer to a charge of causing grievous bodily harm to another prisoner.
David Cox, 37, Noel [Noet] Barnett, 29, and Antoine Anderson pleaded not guilty to the charge that in December 2015, at Westgate Correctional Facility, they caused grievous bodily harm to Andre Hypolite.
The trio will go on trial on 28th October.
