Court: Whitehurst Charged With Manslaughter
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [August 8], Kethyio Whitehurst was charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Travis Lowe.
Mr Lowe, 23, died after sustaining injuries in a collision that took place in Southampton on July 26th.
As the charge is indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court, the 20-year-old defendant did not have to enter a plea.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokumbo granted him $30,000 bail with a surety, and ordered he report to the Police Station three times a week.
