Potluck Fundraiser To Support Chyone Harris
A potluck supper set for tomorrow [Aug 13] will aim to raise funds for Chyone Harris, who was injured in a fall last year, resulting in a spinal cord injury that has required extensive medical treatment and rehabilitation.
Mr. Harris is continuing to undergo treatment and therapy at the Manchester Neurological Centre in the United Kingdom.
The event will be held at the Bermuda Industrial Union from 6.00pm to 9.00pm, with a meal costing $15 and all proceeds to support Mr. Harris’ continued medical needs.
The menu will include a choice of chicken [BBQ, jerk, stewed, and fried, fish nuggets, macaroni and cheese, peas and rice, potato salad, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, garden salad, cassava pie, dinner rolls, and soft drink.
