Bermuda Golf Team Set To Compete In Mexico
The first round of the World Amateur Team Championships gets underway today [Sept 21] in Riviera Maya, with a team of Bermuda golfers set to be in action.
In the 1st round, the Bermuda team will be playing the Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Course with a 12:20 tee time for Jarryd Dillas, 12.30pm – Mark Phillips and 12:40pm – Eric West. This is a par 72, 6701 yard Peter Dye designed course.

In the second round the Bermuda team will be playing the Mayakoba El Camaleón Golf Course with more favourable tee times starting at 8:15am. This is a par 72, 7,024 yard course.
Two scores out of three count for each of the four rounds. Pairings and result may be found at the following site.
Can’t they wear Bermuda colours?
If you followed Bermuda golf at all you would see they wear the same outfits at the opening ceremony of this tournament as the Bermuda Olympic Team does (Navy jacket, red Bermuda shorts etc.)
