FMG Changes Hours Due To Hurricane Nicole
Due to impending impact of Hurricane Nicole, Freisenbruch-Meyer Group [FMG] will be closing at 3.00pm today [Oct 12], intending to reopen at 9.00am on Friday [Oct 14].
A spokesperson said, “The safety of our staff members is of the utmost importance to us. We have advised all staff to remain with their families on Thursday and we encourage them to assist their neighbours, where possible, once the storm has passed.
“Although our offices will be closed on Thursday, clients can report a claim instantly via our Eclaims App. Bermuda’s first Claims Service app allows clients to take a photo, record an audio message and submit a claim to our claims team.
“We encourage clients to download our EClaims App in advance of Hurricane Nicole. Our EClaims App is available for free download on iTunes and in the Google Play Store.
“Our dedicated, professional staff are available until 3pm today should our clients need to confirm coverage or make a payment. For more information and to read our Hurricane Guides for helpful tips on what to do before, during and after a hurricane please visit the website.”
