Court: Man Denies Assault & Stealing Chocolate

Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 52-year-old man denied stealing soda, candy, chocolate and tuna fish, and also denied a charge of assaulting someone.

Kevin Webb pleaded not guilty to stealing Coca-Cola, Cadbury chocolate and candy from a store on 1st October; and stealing four cans of tuna fish from a store on 23rd November.

Along with the stealing charge on 23rd November, Webb denied unlawfully assaulting another person on that day.

Webb was given a trial date in March 2017, granted bail at $3,000, and ordered to stay away from all Marketplace stores.
