AON National Sprint Championships Results
Matthew Oliveria and Karen Smith are the 2016 AON National Sprint Championships champions following the event at the Clearwater Beach on Sunday morning.
Oliveria, who was second out of the water, powered his way to the front on the bike, before finishing a strong run clocking a time of 1:03:35.56, Jonathan Herring, who was first out of the water, finished in second stopping the clock in a time of 1:06:52.18 and Matt Thompson rounded out the top three male individual finishers clocking a time of 1:08:47.32.
Smith was the 7th across the line with a winning time of 1:09:38.39. Ashley Estwanik was the second female finisher and 10th overall with a time of 1:11:58.04 and Lynsey Palmer finished two spots back with a time of 1:13:50.45.
