Minister Fahy’s Trip To Puerto Rico Costs $1,620

A trip in November 2016 by Minister of Tourism, Transport and Municipalities Michael Fahy to San Juan, Puerto Rico to the Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit [CHICOS] cost $1,620.64, according to a recent listing on the Government’s travel webpage.

The trip duration was listed as from Wednesday, November 09, 2016 – Saturday, November 12, 2016, and the web page listing said, “Senator The Hon. Michael M. Fahy, JP, Minister of Tourism, Transport & Municipalities travelled to San Juan, Puerto Rico to be a guest speaker as well as part of the panelist at the Fifth Edition Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit [CHICOS].

“Sen. Fahy was able to showcase the hotel developments currently underway, to discussing what the island had to offer that sets Bermuda.

“Successful discussions were held with the organizers of the CHICOS conference regarding Bermuda being the host country for the annual event in 2017.
