Basketball League: Rimrockers,Thunder Cats Win
The Island Basketball League season continued at the CedarBridge Academy Gymnasium, with 227 points scored in a double header.
In the first game on Wednesday [Nov 30] saw the young Skyforce team lose a game they led for the until the last seconds of the game going down 47-46 to the Rimrockers. Chris Horrwood scored 13 points for the Rimrockers, while Jorel Smith scored 18 points for Skyforce.
In the second game, the Thunder Cats recorded their 5th win of the season by defeating Crossfire 73-61. Jason Lowe had 19 points for the Thunder Cats, while Crossfire were led by Damon Henry who had 14 points.
