Court: Woman Charged With Causing Death
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Dec 13], Madeline Santucci was charged with causing the death of 14-year-old Dennikia Lambert by driving without due care and attention.
Ms Santucci was not required to enter a plea because the matter can only be dealt with in the Supreme Court.
Ms Santucci, 63, was charged with causing the death of Dennikia Lambert, on Palmetto Road on 27th July 2016 , by driving without due care and attention. She was also charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Charles Whited on the same date.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ordered Ms Santucci to attend the 1st February Supreme Court Arraignments, and set bail at $15,000 with one surety.
