TechTalk Panel To Discuss FinTech On Feb 23
The Department of E-Commerce will be holding a TechTalk panel discussion on ‘FinTech’ on February 23.
The panel will consist of Katya Gorbunova, Senior Manager, IT Risk Advisory Services – EY Bermuda; Nick Cardinez, Chief Financial Officer – Hannover Re [Bermuda] Ltd.; Stafford Lowe, Managing Director – R3; and Stuart Lacey, Founder and CEO – Trunomi.
The event will get underway with a registration at 5.30pm at the Trudeau Ballroom, Hamilton Princess, 76 Pitts Bay Road with attendance free, a cash bar available, and one CPE credit available.
The event poster says, “Financial technology [FinTech] is changing the way companies do business. The traditional model of a new business turning directly to its local high street bank and/or a conventional investor is no longer the only game in town.
