Leverock & Rawlins Face Each Other In UK

Kamau Leverock got the better of countryman Delray Rawlins as the two faced each other in county cricket in the U.K. However, Leverock’s Cardiff trail Rawlins’ Sussex by 310 runs with nine wickets remaining in the first innings.

In the first meeting of the two Bermudians overseas, Rawlins managed to get 21 runs off of 57 balls before Leverock was caught by the wicketkeeper Cullen off the bowling of Leverock. Rawlins had two fours off of Yuvraj Odedra and was the first man in after the openers for Sussex. He batted for 91 minutes.

Rawlins wicket fell with Sussex at 4-137.

Leverock was the pick of the bowlers for Cardiff in snagging three wickets from 16 overs for 57 runs. He also had three maidens for an economy rate of 3.56.

The match continues through Sunday.
