Governor Takes Part In Clean Up Campaign
This afternoon [12 May] the Governor, Deputy Governor and staff members from Government House took part in the KBB ‘Clean Up For the Cup’ campaign.
Armed with the KBB’s branded trash bags, the group descended on Spanish Point Park and Admiralty House Park, and filled six bags with litter found in the parks.
The Governor said “The team at Government House is pleased to play its part in helping to collect litter as part of the Keep Bermuda Beautiful campaign. This is indeed a beautiful island and I hope all the community will work together in helping to keep it looking at its best.”
