In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], BF&M Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of June 2017 the company repurchased 6,788 common shares at an average price of $20.60. The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
