Deshae Darrell Wins Division III Player Of Week
After impressing on the field while playing for Brookhaven College, Bermuda’s Deshae Darrell has been named as the Region V Division III Women’s Soccer Player of the Week.
The anouncement said, “NJCAA Region V has announced the Division III Women’s Soccer Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 10-16.
“Brookhaven College forward Deshae Darrell is the Division III player of the Week for Region V. Darrell, a sophomore from Bermuda, scored the opening goal for No. 10 ranked Brookhaven in an action-packed game versus No. 6 ranked Eastfield College.
“She finished the game with 8 shots. She also took the corner kick in OT that found the head of midfielder Samantha Ramirez for the game-winning goal.”
