Darrell & Spence Both Score In School Victories
Bermuda’s Deshae Darrell and Jasmine Spence both scored to help their college teams earn victories.
Darrell scored two goals for Brookhaven College as they recorded a 6-1 win over North Lake College. The Bermudian footballer opened the scoring in the 2nd minute, and was on target again in the 25th minute to score her second goal of the match.
Spence plays for Mercer University in Georgia, and scored in the 70th minute of the match as her team defeated Wofford 2-1, and earned woman of the match honours – which marks the second time this season she has received the accolade.
