Football: First & Premier Division Results
X-Roads, Dandy Town Hornets, Robin Hood, BAA, St. David’s, Paget Lions, Somerset Eagles, and Southampton Rangers all walked away with wins in recent Premier and First Division football action.
Premier: North Village Rams 1 X-Roads 2
At Bernard Park, X-Road’s won their second Premier Division match picking up a 2 – 1 win over the North Village Rams. Terryn Fray gave the North Village Rams the lead in the 35th minute, but Kashi Davis Jones equalized for X-Roads when he converted from the spot. In the 66th minute Tymon Daniels found the back of the net thus earning X-Roads a big win.
Premier: Boulevard Blazers 2 Young Men Social Club 2
At Lord’s in St. David’s, the Boulevard Blazers and Young Men Social Club drew 2 – 2. Antoine Famous gave the Boulevard Blazers the lead in the 67th minute, but one minute later it was 1 – 1, when Clay Darrell scored for Young Men Social Club. An own goal by a Social Club defender put the Boulevard Blazers back in front in the 75th minute, but an 88th minute free kick off the boot of Torico Caines-Dill earned Social Club a share of the points.

At the St. John’s Field, the Dandy Town Hornets got single strikes from Ernest Trott, Angelo Simmons and player/coach Kwame Steede as they defeated the Devonshire Cougars 3 – 0
Premier: Robin Hood 3 Flanagan’s Onions 1
At the BAA Field, Robin Hood defeated the Flanagan’s Onions 3 – 1, Robin Hood got goals from Zuri Burgess, Antwan Russell and Chris Caisey, while Treshun Smith scored the lone goal for the Flanagan’s Onions.
First: St. George’s Colts 0 BAA 4
At the Wellington Oval, visitors BAA defeated the St. George’s Colts 4 – 0. Tyrell Burgess scored twice, while Willie Clemons and Morricko Iris added a goal each.
First: St. David’s 2 Hamilton Parish 1
At Lord’s in St. David’s, Diego McCallan scored twice for St. David’s as they earned a 2 – 1 win over Hamilton Parish, while Shakeem Albouy scored for the visitors.
First: Paget Lions 3 Wolves 0
At the Southampton Oval, the Pget Lions got single strikes from Tahjae Welch, DeMarlo Curtis and an own goal as they defeated Wolves 3 – 0.
First: Somerset Eagles 4 Devonshire Colts 1
At the White Hill Field, the Somerset Eagles defeated the Devonshire Colts 4 – 1. All five goals came in the second half, with Somerset Eagles getting goals from Cardel Henry, Shentione Lambert, Jahkari Hollis and Kanhai Fray, while the lone Devonshire Colts goal came from Jahkeylo Burgess.
First: Ireland Rangers 2 Southampton Rangers 7
At Malabar, visitors Southampton Rangers got three goals from Shannon Burchall and single strikes from Koshun Durrant, Ezekiel Stoneham, Dominique Hill and Donte Brangman as they defeated Ireland Rangers 7 – 2, Jonathan Bean and Sakai Proctor scored for the home team.
