BELCO Undertaking Market Research Survey
BELCO would like to advise its customers that it will be undertaking a customer survey throughout December.
The research will be conducted by Total Research Associates [TRA], a public opinion and market research firm and its partner, Corporate Research Associates [CRA]. It will include telephone and online surveys and will run from today, December 11th –through December 22nd.
Customers who receive their bills electronically should expect to receive an invitation to participate via email between December 11th and December 15th, with a link to the online survey. The invitation email will be sent by CRA and will come from the following email address: surveys@cra.ca.
To ensure the sample of participants who complete the survey are representative of BELCO’s customer base, a series of demographic questions will be asked. Customers can be assured that all information will remain completely confidential.
