Gordon Henderson Joins BF&M Limited Board
BF&M Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Gordon Henderson to the BF&M Limited Board of Directors.
Mr. Henderson recently retired from BMO Bank of Montreal, where he was President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO Life Insurance Company. In this role, he had oversight of the bank’s creditor insurance, life insurance and reinsurance businesses.
Before joining BMO, Mr. Henderson held senior executive positions with Aetna Canada including Senior Vice President Individual Insurance Division; General Counsel; President and CEO Aetna Casualty and Surety Company of Canada.
BF&M Limited Board Chairman Gavin Arton stated: “Gordon brings deep experience and understanding of the insurance industry, from both business and legal perspectives. His insights will be invaluable as we continue to implement effective strategic guidance and good governance.”
The Board of BF&M Limited is currently made up of 12 Directors, of which nine are Bermudian.
