Football: First & Premier Division Results
Robin Hood, PHC Zebras, Flanagan’s Onions, Dandy Town Hornets, Paget Lions, BAA, Southampton Rangers, and Ireland Rangers all claimed victories in this weekend’s Premier Division and First Division football action.
Premier: North Village Rams 0 Robin Hood 3
Robin Hood defeated the North Village Rams 3 – 0 at the Bernard Park. Shakir Smith would beat Terryn Fray in goal for the North Village Rams in the 41st minute, Lejuan Simmons blasted a 30 yard shot home in the 44th minute and Simmons would find the back of the net again in the 73rd minute to earn the win.
Premier: Boulevard Blazers 0 PHC Zebras 4
At Lord’s in St. David’s, the PHC Zebras defeated the Boulevard Blazers 4 – 0, with all the goals coming in the first half. Cecoy Robinson opened the scoring in the 10th minute, an own goal doubled the lead in the 27th minute, with Darren Usher adding the third in the 38th, before Robinson scored the fourth on the stroke of half time.
Premier: X-Roads 1 Flanagan’s Onions 3
At the Garrison Field, the Flanagan’s Onions kept their hopes of survival in the Premier Division with a 3 – 1 win over X-Roads. Treshun Smith would score a hat-trick to lead the Flanagan’s Onions while Kashi Davies-Jones scored the lone goal for X-Roads.
Premier: Young Men Social Club 3 Dandy Town Hornets 7
At the Police Field, the Dandy Town Hornets came from 3 – 0 down to defeat Young Men Social Club 7 – 3. Young Men Social Club got 2 goals from Saki Tuzo and a single strike from Clay Darrell, but the game was held up on three occasions as Ian Coke, Darrell and Psalm’J Darrell were all taken to the hospital with injuries. The Dandy Town Hornets would get a hat-trick from Angelo Simmons, Ereico Outerbridge, Oneko Lowe, Daeshun Butterfield and Damon Ming all found the back of the net.
First: Devonshire Colts 0 Paget Lions 2
At the Police Field, the Paget Lions defeated the Devonshire Colts 2 – 0 to remain in second place, the Paget Lions got a goal apiece from Tahjae Welch and Diajae Hart in the first half.
First: St. David’s 1 BAA 4
At Lord’s in St. David’s, BAA remained as the league leaders with a 4 – 1 win over St. David’s. Tyrell Burgess scored a hat-trick for BAA, with Troy Tucker adding the other, while the lone St. David’s goal came from an own goal.
First: Southampton Rangers 3 St. George’s Colts 0
At the Southampton Oval, the Southampton Rangers defeated the St. George’s Colts 3 – 0, Dante Brangman scored in the 39th minute to give the Southampton Rangers the lead, while Ezekiel Stoneham scored in the 51st and 60th minutes to earn them the win and remain in third place.

At the Wellington Oval, Ireland Rangers defeated Hamilton Parish 2 – 1. Ireland Rangers got a goal from Jahnai Ratteray and Sekai Proctor, while Nigel Burgess scored the lone goal for Hamilton Parish.
