Video: Overturned Car Removed In St David’s
[Updated with video] Emergency service personnel attended the St David’s Road area after a car collision this morning [March 4] resulted in the vehicle overturning. It did not appear that anyone was seriously injured, and the car was removed by a tow truck, and the road was re-opened to traffic at approximately 10.40am.
This is at least the third car collision this weekend, following after a car driver crashed onto an embankment in Hamilton Parish area, and a car crashed into the airport fence on Kindley Field Road in St George’s.
Update 5.46pm: A police spokesperson said, “Around 9:30am Sunday, March 4th police officers attended a reported single vehicle crash on St. David’s Road in St. George’s, near the junction with Chapel of Ease Road.
“It appears that a car being driven west on St. David’s Road struck a roadside embankment and overturned. The driver, a 21 year old St. George’s woman, was not injured.
“However, the vehicle involved was damaged and later towed away. Any witnesses can contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.”

I WONDOR IF IT WAS THE SAME PERSON. THE SELFESH ONE THAT PARKED IN TWO BAYS AT THE MARKET PLACE IN HAMILTON UNDER THE BUILDING ON SAT.. SO THAT NO ONE WILL HIT HIS CAR ??
Road safety under this government is the pits I guess it’s the we will do what and how we wish mentality filtering down
@ Mary. I hope you are not operating a motor vehicle much less a push bike with a comment like that! How on earth can you blame a Government for the general publics bad driving behaviors!
It certainly wasn’t any better under the previous government, they are equally as useless.
People make you laugh, the government has nothing to do with peoples choices on the road. Slow the hell down!!!!!! Somebody was speeding and didn’t choose the right road to do so on. Simple. Anybody from St Davids will tell you that McDonalds corner is no joke. He learnt today!
It’s sad how these guys do more damage to the car and how they go about the removal process. It’s like they don’t care how they handle someone else’s car.
Really! And how would you have done it? Used blankets and pillows?
