    Ban football!!

I wouldn’t go that far, but certainly the onus needs to be on the club to keep a handle on its patrons (particularly where alcohol may be served), because otherwise that leads to further black eyes for club sport in Bermuda.

The Police do not want to arrive there while the brawl is going on. The cameras will tell them when it has settled down or close to settling down then they will show up. Many of them hope it is over by the time they arrive.

Interesting outlook. Police station is two blocks away. Curious if they got a CCTV ‘heads-up’ or if someone phoned in. One might ask if it would have been prudent for police to be on a watch considering they must have been aware of the football results and where the ‘after parties’ may have been held.
