Softball: Corporate, A, B & C Division Results
Super Express picked up two victories to remain one of the five undefeated teams in Softball Bermuda’s divisions.
The club won its first C Division game on Tuesday when it edged Deloitte 6-4 then came back on Thursday to slip past Shooters 7-6.
Elsewhere in the C Division, Raggamuffins won their first game as they nicked Buffaloes 14-13. The Buffaloes evened their record later in the week with a walk over 7-0 victory over Deloitte.
In the Corporate Division, KPMG accounted for most of the runs against PWC as they hammered their rivals 21-6. It wasn’t a good week for PWC as they also lost to Butterfield and Vallis Sliders 7-3.
In the B Division, in spite of Platano Power smoking six balls out of the park, Chubb Kings won the contest 18-8. Team Smokey dispatched the Corporation of Hamilton 29-13. The triumph evened Team Smokey’s record to 1-1.
The lone A Division contest saw Blue Wahoos knock the Paraquet Flyers from the ranks of the undefeated with a 12-6 double-up.
Softball Bermuda plays its games at Michael Preece Stadium at Bernard Park on Mondays through Thursdays starting at 6 pm.
