Blue & Pink Ferries Suspended Due To Weather
The Department of Marine and Ports Services is advising that due to inclement weather, the Blue Route and Pink Route ferry services have been suspended until further notice.
It is, as most people would have noticed, quite windy today [Nov 28], with the Bermuda Weather Service issuing a Gale Warning valid from late this morning through this evening.
The BWS said, “A few showers and gusty conditions are in store for today as strong to gale force winds with gusts up to storm force will continue this afternoon and evening. Winds will gradually ease strong with gusts up to gale force overnight and continue tomorrow. Conditions will improve on Friday as high pressure slowly nudges in from the west which will decrease both cloud cover and winds.”
