With technological innovation transforming businesses and markets across the world, Appleby’s Global Technology & Innovation Group has today [Dec 6] launched its 2019 Technology and Innovation Offshore Guide and associated microsite.
“As the pace of technological change accelerates, so too does the legal and regulatory landscape. The 2019 Guide covers eight of the world’s largest offshore jurisdictions to provide clients with a single resource to help them identify the most suitable jurisdiction and structure for their technology projects,” the law firm said.
