Been in the hood for well over 20 years. There has Always been a water problem ever since I have been in that hood. Turn on the tap. First 20 seconds the water comes out Brown, than it turns clear. It has a smell also. The water is so brakish that it has put holes in several hot water heaters. Public doesn’t hear much because we are just so tired of complaining and nothing is or has been done that we just purchase Pure Water for drinking and cooking. Does not make a bit of difference what Government Party is in. UBP. OBA. PLP. doesn’t make no difference. The water is absolutely terrible.
