11 Goals Scored In Ball Hockey Double Header
The latest round of Bermuda Ball Hockey action at the PCC Hockey Rink saw a total of 11 goals scored.
Calgary Hitmen 2 Rimouski Oceanic 3
All five of this games goals came in the first period, as the Rimouski Oceanic jumped out to an 3 – 0 lead, before the Calgary Hitmen fought back with two strikes late in the period.
The Rimouski Oceanic got a goal off the stick of Jeffrey Loper to take a 1 – 0 lead, and Matthew Benson doubled the lead, before Wayne Newhook made it 3 – 0.
The Calgary Hitmen began their fight back when Ross Rufiange found the back of the net and when Scott Shannon scored they were within one, however neither team would score for the remainder of the game.
Red Deer Rebels 1 Worchester Railers 5
The Worchester Railers defeated the Red Deer Rebels 5 – 1 in the nightcap.
The Worchester Railers got two goals from Joel Neal and Christopher Jackson, while Tom Miller added the other and Paul Debarros scored the lone goal for the Red Deer Rebels.
