In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], BF&M Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of December 2018 the company repurchased 20,000 common shares at an average price of $16.20. The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
