Extraordinary Municipal Election For St. George’s
A Notice of Issue of Writ has been posted in the official Government and Legal notices for an “extraordinary municipal election” for the Corporation of St. George’s.
The Parliamentary Registrar issued writs of election for an extraordinary municipal election to be held for the Corporation of St. George’s for the election of one residents’ Councillor.
Nomination Day is January 22 2019 while Polling Day will be held on February 5 2019. The Election Room is Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship Terminal, St. George’s.
The election is being called following the recent passing of Councillor Phillip Anderson.
