Results: BNA Senior League Make Up Matches
The Bermuda Netball Association’s Senior League make-up matches continued with a Triple Header at the Bernard Park with a total of 205 goals scored.
In the top of the table clash, the Phoenix Heat defeated the Lindo’s Tigers 39 – 25. Danielle Raynor led the Phoenix Heat to victory with 32 goals and Arkeita Fubler added 7 goals, while Jahkenya Trott scored 18 goals for the Lindo’s Tigers with Charlene Gomez adding 7 goals.
Chelsea Somner was the MVP for the Phoenix heat, while Sherica Miller was the MVP for the Lindo’s Tigers.
The Thunder won the battle of the Storm 36 – 33 over the Lightning. MVP Nabiilah Nasir scored 25 goals for the Storm Thunder, while Selah Tuzo added 6 goals and Kaamilah Nasir scored 5 times. MVP Diara Benjamin scored a game high 28 goals for the Storm Lightning, with Zakitah Durham adding 5 goals.
The North Village Lady Rams defeated Robin Hood 51 – 21, Darrika Simons scored 27 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, Nikita Trott added 19 goals and Rhiannon Higgins scored 5 times, with Frances Parkes named the teams MVP. Charlie Bridgman, the Robin Hood MVP, scored 12 goals and Jess Arneil added 7 goals.
