Video: Irish Media Interview Dante Leverock
As the Sligo Rovers team gears up to start their season, they have a new face on their team, with the Irish club having signed Bermudian Dante Leverock in December of last year.
Leverock — who also serves as the Captain of Bermuda’s National Football team – signed with the Irish team late last year, after spending most of 2018 playing for Estonian football team JK Narva Trans.
Sligo Rovers are set to face Dundalk on Friday night in the opening game of the SSE Airtricity Premier Division at Oriel Park and Leverock recently spoke with the media in Ireland, telling them he is handling the weather and is “ready to start playing.”
