18th International Conference Of National Trusts

More than 100 delegates from over 32 countries gathered in St. George’s for the launch of the 18th International Conference of National Trusts and the fourth Caribbean Conference of National Trusts.

A spokesperson, “It’s the first time in 30 years that the ICNT has taken place in Bermuda. UNESCO World Heritage site St George’s was chosen as the fitting venue for the start of the conference, which will also stage preservation discussions and events throughout the island.

“The Governor John Rankin and Minister of Education Diallo Rabain attended the opening along with Princess Dana of Jordan, President of the Board of the Petra National Trust in Jordan, Dame Fiona Reynolds, Chair of the UK-based International National Trust Organisation, and other distinguished speakers and guests.”
