Video: MSA Students Shown On Today Show
A group of Mount Saint Agnes Academy students who are currently in New York on an educational tour were shown briefly on the Today Show, with the students waving a Bermuda flag and signs saying ‘Hello from Bermuda’ and ‘Have a Bermudaful day.’
A school spokesperson confirmed it was their students shown on the U.S television broadcast, explaining that the trip was organized by MSA art teacher Cristina Capelo, and the students were excited to be featured on the Today Show as “it seems like their plan to wear bright colored Bermuda sweatshirts with the Bermuda flag grabbed Al Roker’s attention.”
In addition to their ‘cameo appearance’ on the Today Show, the students plan to tour Central Park, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Madame Tussauds, Times Square, The Today Show, Rockefeller Center, Midtown Walking Tour [Grand Central Terminal, Radio City Music Hall, St. Patrick’s Cathedral], Top of the Rock, Broadway Workshop, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, 9/11 Museum & Memorial, Lower Manhattan Walking Tour [Wall Street, Trinity Church, Chinatown, SOHO, Little Italy], Lincoln Center Tour, Macy’s Herald Square, Tours of Radio City Music Hall & Carnegie Hall, as well as see Broadway Plays.
MSA is still getting it right! Hope you have a fun time y’all.
