Basketball League: Hamilton & Somerset Win
The latest round of Bermuda Basketball League took place inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium and produced 296 points on the night in a double header.
Game 1 saw the Hamilton City Twisters defeat the Southampton Wolfpack 75 – 68. Kameron James led the Hamilton City Twisters with a game high 21 Points, he had 6 Rebounds, 4 Assists and 5 Steals, while Mykal Glasgow had a double-double for the Southampton Wolfpack, as he scored 20 Points and he had 12 Rebounds to go along with 2 Steals and 1 Blocked Shot.
Game 2 saw the Somerset Tsunamis defeat the Warwick Rim Rockers 80 – 73. Jason Simons had a double-double for the Somerset Tsunamis, he scored 26 Points and grab 12 Rebounds, and also added 1 Assist and 2 Steals to his performance on the night, while Ronald Bushner led the Warwick Rim Rockers, scoring 27 Points grabbing 6 Rebounds, 3 Assists and 1 Steal.
