May 7: Info Session On Real Estate AML Audits
The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce will host a Lunch and Learn Information Session for Real Estate Brokers regarding Independent AML Audits, to be held on-site in the Chamber Boardroom on Tuesday May 7, from 12:30pm – 1:30pm.
The session presented by Ann Daniels, Senior Consultant at Oyster Consulting will be focused on ensuring Brokers know what is included in an audit, why audits are required and the process and timeline requirements.
The Bermuda Government has mandated that all Real Estate Brokers have a plan in place to submit an Independent AML Audit to the Superintendent of Real Estate by May 15, 2019.
