Alternate Bus Routes Due To Partial Road Closure

The Department of Public Transportation advises the public that the Route 3 bus will take alternate routes into and out of Hamilton due to the partial closure of Reid Street this Sunday.

A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Public Transportation advises the public that due to the partial closure of Reid Street, between Spurling Hill and Court Street, on Sunday, 21 July, between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm, the Route 3 bus will take alternate routes into and out of Hamilton.

“The portion of King Street, between Reid Street and Church Street, will become two way, allowing the Route 3 bus to enter and exit Hamilton via King and Victoria Street.

“Furthermore, a temporary bus stop will be placed on King Street outside Bermuda Motors.

“The Department of Public Transportation takes this opportunity to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.”
