Bermuda Swimmers Win 7 More CCCAN Medals

The fourth day of the Central American and Caribbean Amateur Confederation [CCCAN] Swimming Championships in Barbados saw Bermuda swimmers continue to rack up the medals.

The island’s swimmers claimed 7 more medals to take their overall total to 22, with Bermuda winning 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze medals on the night.

Elan Daley captured a Gold Medal in 13-14 Girls 200m Individual Medley touching the wall in a time of 2:25.44, the other Gold Medal came during the 15-17 Girls 100m Freestyle Final when Logan Watson-Brown was clocked in a time of 58.05.

Bella Howes won the Silver medal during the 11-12 Girls 100m Freestyle when she was clocked in a time of 1:02.46, while Elan Daley won her second Medal of the day winning the Silver Medal in a time of 58.35 during the 13-14 Girls 100m Freestyle.

Madelyn Moore won the Bronze Medal competing in the 18 & Over Girls 100m Freestyle when she was clocked in 58.84, while Elijah Daley won the 11-12 Boys 200m Butterfly Bronze Medal touching the wall in a time of 2:23.79.

The Bermuda 15-17 Boys 4×200 Freestyle Relay team of Brian Desmond, Zebedee Wakely, Adam Young and Jack Harvey won the Bronze Medal with a time of 8:10.67.
