Sailing: Pan Am Games Day Two Canceled
Bermuda sailors Benn Smith, Ceci Wollmann, and Michael Wollmann are currently in Peru for the 2019 Pan American Games, with day two of the event canceled due to a lack of wind.
Winds fluctuated between 5 and 10 knots on the day, with forecasts for day three predicting more favorable conditions for racing, with winds at 11-22 knots.
The event is being held in the town of Paracas, which is approximately 250km from Peru’s capital city of Lima.
