BSX To Close Due To Hurricane Humberto
Due to the approach of Hurricane Humberto, the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX] and the market will close at noon today [Sept 18] and will also be closed on Thursday.
A spokesperson said, “Due to the approach of Hurricane Humberto, the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX] and the market will close at noon on Wednesday, 18 September 2019.
“Please be advised that the BSX will also be closed on Thursday 19 September 2019, and as a result, Thursday will not be a trading or settlement day
“The BSX anticipates that it will re-open for business at 8:30 a.m. Friday, 20 September 2019. Please monitor www.bsx.com for any changes or updates.”
