Govt: Garbage Collection Has Resumed
Garbage collection has resumed after Hurricane Humberto, and Thursday’s garbage will be collected on Saturday.
A Government spokesperson said, “As a reminder, garbage collection has resumed and Thursday’s garbage will be collected tomorrow, Saturday September 21.
“The public are advised to have all garbage curbside by 7am for collection.
“Garbage can also be delivered to the Tynes Bay Waste Treatment Facility, Domestic Waste Drop Off.”
The open hours are:
- Week Days: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sundays: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Holidays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
