Masterworks Acquires Johnny Barnes Statue

Masterworks recently acquired the Johnny Barnes statue which was generously donated by The Spirit of Bermuda Foundation, with the statue set to remain at its current location.

A spokesperson said, “The Masterworks staff stand proudly in front of the Johnny Barnes statue. This is our latest acquisition, generously donated by The Spirit of Bermuda Foundation. Erected in 1998 by Desmond Fountain, the statue exudes the essence of Johnny Barnes. The iconic Johnny Barnes statue will remain on the corner, waving to people every day. We invite you to the Museum to see more of Bermuda’s historical and cultural gems.”
