In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd., advised that pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14[2][i], on 24 October 2019, 311,072 shares were repurchased at an average price of $3.63 for immediate cancellation.
