In pursuance of the provisions of section 40 [2] of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, as modified by the Municipalities [Election] Order 2015, an advanced poll will be held at Penno’s Wharf Cruise Ship terminal, St. George’s on the 14th of November 2019 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., for electors who are eligible to vote at the extraordinary municipal election, who are election officials or other persons referred to in section 40[2A] of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, or who are intending to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda, on polling day.

Certificates for this advanced poll will be available from the Parliamentary Registry from the 8th November to the 14th November during regular business hours, with extended opening hours until 8 pm on Thursday, 14th November 2019.

Each applicant for a certificate must satisfy the Registrar that he is on the Parliamentary Register and that he is scheduled to work the polls on polling day or that he intends to be absent from Bermuda, or to travel to or from Bermuda on polling day.
