Photos & Video: Santa Comes To St. George’s

[Updated with photos] The Corporation of St. George is holding their “Santa is Coming to Town” event this evening [Dec 14] at King’s Square in St. George’s. We will have a photo gallery later on, and in the meantime the live video is below.

Patrina Powergirl Paynter was the MC for the night and entertainment included photos with Children Characters, Kinetix Natural Movement, St. George’s Original Dancerettes, Warwick Gombeys, Rated E Dancers, a children’s dance competition, and impromptu carol singing by members of Noire Youth Theatre Company.

Santa Claus arrived in a fire truck with sirens blaring and to the delight of the awaiting crowd. Santa was seated on stage where he handed out bags of treats to all that came to visit.
