Freemasons Donate $5,000 For Covid-19 Relief
The Freemasons have donated $5,000 to the Bermuda Community Foundation to support those in financial distress due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
A spokesperson said, “The Freemasons’ Fund For Bermuda normally makes donations to several Bermuda charities during a presentation setting during the year as you are aware but on this occasion due to the present need in the community because of Covid-19, we have just made one donation in the sum of $5,000 to the Bermuda Community Foundation to support those in financial distress due to the impact of the pandemic.
“Freemasons throughout Bermuda are members of The Freemasons’ Fund For Bermuda and enjoy their cheerful giving.
“We hope all those who are finding hardship presently may find relief in some part along the way as their predicament improves.”
