MJM Hires Allan Doughty As Senior Counsel
Law firm MJM Limited announced the addition of Allan Doughty to the firm’s Dispute Resolution team as Senior Counsel.
A spokesperson said, “Mr Doughty first qualified in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2002 before returning home to Bermuda in 2004, when he was called to the Bermuda Bar.
“Allan is a seasoned litigator having appeared before numerous tribunals and at all levels of Bermuda’s courts. Additionally, he had one of his cases heard by the Privy Council in 2015. Mr Doughty is recognized as an accomplished advocate who has argued some of Bermuda’s leading human rights, constitutional and medical law cases.”
