Football: Warwick Archers Opens Registration
The Warwick Archers youth football program for Robin Hood FC has opened registration for the upcoming 2020-2021 youth football season.
A spokesperson said, “The program’s success continued this past season with the U13 Bows winning the Gregory Grimes Cup and the U15 Bows successfully defending their titles in the Lee Holder Cup and the BFA U15 Youth League.
“Additionally the U13, U15 and U17 teams had advanced to the finals / semifinals of the Bermuda FA Knock Out Championships before the season was halted due to the Covid19 pandemic.
“Players interested to participate with the Warwick Archers for 2020-2021 should register here.
“Once registered an invitation will be sent to attend specific assessment sessions. Government Covid19 health advisories and procedures for gatherings will be followed and sessions will be limited to groups of the maximum permitted number. The assessment sessions will begin on Thursday June 18th and continue through until Saturday June 27th at Warwick Academy lower field.
“Additional details regarding session times and dates, as well as the Covid19 procedures will be sent after players have registered.
“The program offers playing opportunities for:
- U13 – players born in 2007 & 2008
- U15 – players born in 2005 & 2006
- U17 – players born in 2003 & 2004
