Any person wishing to object to the proposed plant may, within 14 days of the date of this publication, lodge their objection with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, 169 South Road, Paget DV 04. Letters of objection must state the name and address of the objector; the grounds of the objection; whether the objector has an interest in land near to that which the application relates; and be signed by the objector.

Large Group Exemption:

Electrical Supply Trade Union

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Electrical Supply Trade Union’s Annual General Meeting on Friday July 17, 2020 is an exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble on Friday July 17 2020 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Royal Bermuda Regiment Headquarters Warwick Camp [Dinning Hall] at 1 South Road, Warwick.

Conditions as follows:

All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Charity Fund Raising Dinner for the registered charity organization Meals on Wheels on Friday July 3, 2020 is an exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble on Friday July 3 2020 from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm at the Blu Bar and Grill Restaurant, 25 Belmont Hill Drive, Warwick, WK 06

Conditions as follows:

  • All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
  • Adhere to Ministry of Health Guidelines pertaining to Indoor and Outdoor Dining.
