Reminder: BOA “Healthy Athlete” Webinars
The Medical Committee of the Bermuda Olympic Association [BOA] is reminding the public that they will be hosting free webinars focused on the health and development of athletes.
A spokesperson said, “This week’s session – The Nervous System and Mindfulness: Let’s Get Connected – hosted by Maureen Ryan is being held Wednesday at Barr’s Park at 7:00 p.m. There is room for 50 attendees [with mats] in person, and the session will also be available on Zoom.
